Shaw Machinery warrants that all new goods are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, 6 months on electrical parts, and will remedy any defects in the new Goods free of charge within the warranty period if:

1. The Goods are returned at the Customer’s expense to Shaw Machinery premises.
2. The Goods have been used in normal, single shift per day Conditions; and
3. The defects are not due to misuse, improper installation, connection  to the wrong voltage or other abuse or misuse.

Off-loading, if required will be the customer’s responsibility and to Customers account unless prior arrangements are made.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to advise Shaw Machinery of the guarding requirements of the Goods, to pay for all guarding required by law from   time to time and to allow for the fitting of the guarding.

If the Customer does not advise Shaw in writing of the requirement for or the standard of the guards required by the customer, then the Customer accepts all responsibility for the guards actually supplied by Shaw and warrants that the guards will render the Goods without risk to health when properly used. The Customer acknowledges and warrants that no further guards are required.

The Customer indemnifies Shaw againest any loss, claims, damages and or costs arising in any manner whatsoever in respect of the guards.

Nett Cash against invoice, unless prior arrangements are made.  All Machines remain the property of  Shaw Machinery until paid for in full and all cheques are cleared.
